Oh Vienna!

Published on

Really looking forward to this weekend. Me and Cerri are flying off to Austria tomorrow to do a workshop on the Druid Tradition on Thursday at a Pagan moot, and then on Saturday night I’m playing a concert too, both in Vienna. All of this has been organised by an Austrian friend and the Pagan Federation International. I’ve been to Vienna once before and it’s a beautiful city. It’s going to be wonderful to be back, and it’s going to be a great experience to play there.

I’m hoping to be able to post a couple of blogs on my travels. But right now it’s early(ish) to bed for a 5am rise to catch the plane…

  1. Good luck with Vienna! Thanks a bunch by the way, as now I have the Ultravox song in my head and it’ll stay there for about six weeks… 🙂

  2. Awwww … if I’d only knew a bit in advance 🙁 …

Seems I can’t push up the requests for Romania, but Vienna is pretty near (serves me right for skipping the last PIF workshop here, when I also skipped membership).

  3. Never mind not being able to get the Ultravox song out of ones head, having only very recently discovered your music, I just can’t get “The Hills they are hollow” out of mine. Early this morning I was walking the dogs across the fields and thinking that there was no one else around, I was singing it at the top of my voice. I got to the “these are the things I believe” bit, when from behind a hedge a very broad somerset voice shouted, “Oo arr, good for you mio luvver”!
…darn those early rising famers !
    Enjoy Vienna !
