Summer Solstice Sunrise!

Can it really be the Summer Solstice tomorrow? A look out of my window shows the beauty of a land full of life and vigour, a land green with majesty. Flowers offer themselves to the bees, and the bees give us honey and mead. The corn is green in the fields, John Barleycorn in his prime standing tall under the Summer Sun. We’ll be at the Long Man of Wilmington this Sunday to celebrate with the Anderida Gorsedd, but tomorrow morning I’ll be there with a small group of friends to watch the sunrise and sing the Sun up with the Awen, along with the skylarks and rooks.

Whatever you are doing for the Solstice, have a wonderful day!
